payment
methods of payment, I accept payments in both venmo and paypal.
after a sketch is provided, and materials approved by the client, a non-refundable materials deposit will be asked of and the final product will not be shipped unless the client has paid in full.
rights
you have the rights ; my art
commission is for non-commercial use only. my art cannot be sold for monetary gain. should the client cancel in the middle of the commission work, they are not permitted to use the drafts on any future third-party commissions.
i retain all rights to the created plush artwork/drafts and reserve the right to display the artwork(s) on my social media and portfolio
editing
amount of editing ;my workflow is divided into three main parts, sketch/patterning, cutting and finished work.
please understand that you can only request one complete edit during sketching/patterning stage and minor adjustments in the finishing stage.
extra
any other terms ; i struggle with chronic pain, arthritis, and tendinosis so the completion times may change due to my health. i will try to keep you updated when that happens, but please understand my workflow heavily depends on my health. if you are not willing to wait if that happens, i am not the artist for you.
in order to care for myself and make things easier for my customers, i'll only be taking a limited number of open slots at any given time. thank you for your patience and support. 💖
